Flavors
VANILLA BEAN
Pure double-fold vanilla extract in a 19% butterfat ice cream.
LOOKOUT COFFEE
Lookout Coffee Roaster is our hometown coffee hero. They lightly roast our coffee beans, we steep these beans for 24hrs in our 19% butterfat ice cream base.
COOKIES-N-DREAMS
We use Theo Chocolate's 70% chocolate to make own super chocolaty cookies, and crumble them into our vanilla ice cream.
CHAI
Spicy chai tea from Cha Fine Teas steeped in our ice cream base and sweetened with honey from McGregor Farms.
SALTED CARAMEL
House-made caramel, slightly burnt for that extra something special, with a pinch of sea salt.
BERTHA’S CARAMEL BROWNIE
Chewy chocolate, NO EGG, brownie bites in a rich chocolate ice cream...then we add a house-made caramel swirl.
BLACKBERRY FOOL
An old English dessert and a modern staple of the Pacific Northwest... blackberries. We fold our brightly flavored blackberry sorbet into a welcoming bed of creamy vanilla bean ice cream.
PISTACHIO
Very pistachio... chopped pistachio nuts + pistachio paste + honey from McGregor Farms + a pinch of beet root powder to cheer things up.
CHOCOLATE MOO-FREE
Vegan, Dairy Free - Theo's 70% vegan chocolate + oat milk + coconut milk = happier bellies for a few great friends.
MAPLE PECAN
Loads of pure Wisconsin maple syrup and salted/buttered pecans.
MINT CHOCOLATE FRECKLE
We pour molten Theo Chocolate directly into a churning batch of mint ice cream. The chocolate becomes brittle on contact with the cold ice cream and shatters into thousands of rich dark freckles.
